» How the CRS Rewards System Works
Eligibility

All new, USA based CRS customers that include corporate operators, owners, flight departments and maintenance facilities for all model: Gulfstream, Hawker, Challenger, Lear, Falcon and Beechjet aircraft will become eligible after first purchase/transaction made with CRS Jet Spares.
- To be eligible, the enrollment form must be completed and sent back to CRS Jet Spares Inc., attention Rewards Desk – Karen.
Points Accrual
- Rewards points have no cash value. Quarterly Statements will be mailed once a year to the attention of the contact name.
- On Occasion CRS will offer additional promotions, other than listed in the catalog. Once reward points are redeemed, the points cannot be converted back to point value for any reason.
- Points will not roll over from calendar year to the following calendar year. All accounts as of January 1st of each year will restart at zero points.
- All rewards points may be reduced to zero on any account inactive for a period of one year.
Rewards
- All catalog items are subject to availability.
- Certain restrictions may apply to redemption of points.
- Rewards points are not refundable, replaceable, redeemable, exchangeable, or transferable for cash or credit.
- CRS has the right to cancel or modify any reward at any given time.
- Items in the Rewards Catalog are available through December 31st of each year, or such earlier or later time as determined by CRS Reward Headquarters.
- Merchandise featured in the rewards catalog may change due to manufacturers’ updates. In any case a rewards item has been updated to an equal or greater value without prior notice, you shall be notified upon point redemption of any changes.
- Catalog items will be shipped to the address given at time of enrollment unless otherwise specified on order form, multiple items may be shipped separately. Reward items standard delivery time is approximately four to six weeks from receipt of order form. Back ordered items may delay delivery, in event of delayed shipment you shall be notified of expected delivery date.
- Holiday Deadline– due to high demand of products during the holidays, we recommend you order early to avoid delays. Orders received after December 1st, cannot be guaranteed delivery before December 24th.
- Merchandise offers are void were prohibited by law.
General
- The CRS Rewards System began January 1, 1997 and is guaranteed through December 31st of each year.
- CRS Rewards reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this program at any given time without notice.
- Point redemption must be made by the point of contact via e-mail, calling the CRS Rewards Service Desk at 954.977.2807, or by completing the order form included in yearly statements. Mail order form to: CRS Jet Spares Rewards, 6701 N.W. 12th Avenue, Ft. Lauderdale, Fl 33309.
- Required amount of points must be available prior to redeeming points for a particular item.
- Point redemption will be honored up until six months following termination of the Rewards System.
- In the event a reward item arrives in damaged or defective condition it may be exchanged. Please contact the Rewards Desk for instruction on how to proceed in sending back such merchandise. When returning a damaged item, all original packaging, warranty cards, parts and instruction booklet must be attached and should be returned within 30 days of receipt.
How Points Are Earned
All purchases from CRS Jet Spares are eligible forpoints once you are enrolled in the Rewards System. You begin accruing points with the first $100 purchase and continue with each $100 increment. Beginning at the first of each new year, points will restart at zero. Be sure to cash in your points before December 31st !
Points are applied according to the schedule below:

To use your points, fill out the enrollment form included with this package and mail or fax to CRS Rewards Service Desk. All orders must be in writing. Verbal orders will not be accepted. You will receive yearly statements and an outline of any point usage. Please direct all questions to the Rewards Service Desk at 954.972.2807.
